Youth in IT

IT professionals have been alarmed for several years that fewer and fewer young people are entering the profession. This concern has manifested in the Council and spawned an effort to help CIOs find out what they can do to affect the pipeline from a grass roots approach. A resource effectiveness survey and a proposal to involve youth in CIO magazine events are now being developed.
