IT Value

Explaining the value of IT to the business has been a burden on CIOs since the position came into being. Pondering this problem, Council members teamed up to create a framework of components, practices and principles for maximizing IT's value to the enterprise. The IT Value Matrix has been used as a reference by CIOs with their staff and constituents for explaining what IT needs to do to deliver and articulate its business value.
